On this page you will find more detail of the executive coaching and mentoring process as well as professional testimonials from people who have experienced the sessions.
The coaching and mentoring that we do together is for both individuals and for businesses or organisations.
If you are an individual we can explore what you want from your work and how you can make it work for you.
If you are a business or organisation we can identify what you want to build within your employees and how to achieve your goals.
Through an intial free no obligation consultation, I will speak with you on your specific requirements and agree a coaching/mentoring package for either you or your business/organisation. This will comprise a number of follow up sessions (minimum three 1 hour sessions) which can be undertaken digitally, face to face or over the phone, and is focussed on what you want to cover.
The sessions are driven by the needs of those I work with and that work can cover the following areas:
Costs will be informed by your requirements discussed during our initial consultation and we can prepare packages to suit budgets for both individual and commercial situations. The minimum package comprising three 1 hour sessions and can be followed up with ongoing support as required.
If you are ready to start, simply complete the contact enquiry section, which you will find on each page and here. Just make sure you pop in an email address that is best to reach you and your preferred method of communication. I will get back to you within 48 hours, but if you haven't heard from me in that time please check your spam/junk folder. Any other questions, please see my FAQ page here.
For me, success comes from creating the environment and realtionship to have honest, challenging, supportive and progressive conversations. The product of these conversations and their implementation in your working life should be positive. Testimonials from those who have been at the heart of these sessions are below.
The time we spend together will allow you to release what’s on your mind, sort through what’s happening, identify key points of issue, and then provide some practical options which can be put into motion. Ongoing, we can assess how things are progressing and whether we need to revisit an option to change tact.
For the period of our mentoring/coaching relationship I will be there to be the ‘critical friend’; someone who will provide encouragement and support coupled with honest and constructive feedback; someone who can work with you to produce some options based in reality that you can use.
In the end though, this is about how you can be ultimately self-sufficient, that you can take our time together and draw on it when you need to, to empower you with the confidence and resilience necessary for you to see and feel progress. To make the most out of who you are.
